I can't say enough about Chris Groller. He was great! He took my daughter Kiersten for a test drive and explained the features of the car. He explained everything to her in reference to leasing or financing and how she may need to have a cosigner. The thing I liked most was that he spoke to her about the car and not us (her parents). This is Kiersten's first big purchase and Chris made it that way. He did all the numbers with her! After she purchased the car, he took her out and went over the entire car. He set up her iPhone with the car and went over all the aspects of the car again. He gave her his card and told her if she had any questions, she should just give him a call.

About a month ago, my husband and I purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from Piazza Honda. It was obviously a trade-in. From the moment we made first contact with Piazza Honda, our experience has been fantastic! The young salesman, Mike Wolfert and most recently Matt Vance have been extremely courteous.
After we got the car home, we noticed a couple things that needed checking. I contacted Mike Wolfert who put me in touch with Matt Vance. We brought the vehicle back last week and Matt looked at the items of concern and agreed to have them fixed. He arranged for us to use one of Piazza's vehicles while ours was being repaired. We live in Quarryville which is about 55 miles from Springfield. We picked up our car yesterday and are very pleased.
I just want to tell you that the individuals that we dealt with were wonderful to work with. They were pleasant, caring and kind. We have dealt with a lot of automobile dealers over the years and have never - NEVER - been treated so well. I have already highly recommended Piazza to many of our friends stating that even though there is some travel time involved - it is well worth the trip.
So, please thank those employees. They are the best!!! We will definitely be back!!!!
